BTR HELPS WITH INSURANCE CLAIMS
WE will help you deal with your insurance company and meet with your insurance adjuster if requested. Our involvement prevents you from getting stuck with a settlement that wont cover your costs, or even worse... Getiing denied. With BIG TEX ROOFING you will pay NO out-of-pocket expense. We agree to accept what the insurance company will pay for the claim, including the deductible, and ensure the highest quality repair or replacement.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Step 1: DAMAGE INSPECTION
CONTACT BTR to schedule a FREE, no obligation damage inspection.
The Purpose of this inspection is to check if you have storm damage and determine whether or not it will warrant and insurance claim.
STEP 2: INSURANCE INSPECTION
We will meet with your insurance company’s adjuster at your property on the day of your scheduled insurance inspection. We recommend having us there when the insurance adjuster arrives to serve as an advocate for you.
Our representative will walk the property with the insurance adjuster during the inspection to ensure all property damage is accounted for.
STEP 3 GET OUTCOME AND START CONSTRUCTION
You will receive and adjusters report from your insurance company detailing the damage that was found at your property and how much they are willing to pay for the necessary repairs.
We will review the estimate to see that the scope and price are adequate for the restoration of your property.
If we feel that the proper repairs cannot be completed with the allotted amount of money, WE will submit a new estimate for your repairs to your insurance provider. BTR will deal directly with your insurance company on your behalf to settle on a price.This is done to make sure that adequate funds are available to make the necessary repairs on your property.
After the insurance company and BTR have settled on a price for your repairs, We will work with you to decide a date to begin construction and collect the first payment.
STEP 4 : PAYMENTS AND WARRANTY
Upon completion of your project we will do a final walk through of your property with you.
BTR will submit a final invoice to your insurance company to notify them that all repairs are complete. At that time the second check, held by the insurance company will be released to you. When final payment is in your possession , we will arrange a time for a final project close out.
During the close out appointment , we will make sure you are completely satisfied and collect the final payment.at this time we will provide you with Final close out paperwork.
